Dear friends, we are happy to inform you that the representatives of NSV Group Nikolai Shapovalov Viсtora Zamfir and Oleg Zaytsev have arrived on a business visit to TX Logistik AG in Troisdorf to discuss joint steps aimed at overcoming logistical obstacles and launching a regular rail freight connection between the European Union and Ukraine.

The NSV Group delegation met with representatives of TX Logistik Karriere AG (Germany), Exploris (Poland) and FS Group (Italy).

Managing partners of NSV Group, Victor Zamfir and Nikolay Shapovalov, presented the joint Italian-Ukrainian dry port — Horonda Platform, which is anticipated to play a pivotal role in Italian-Ukrainian relations, according to the Minister of Economic Development of Italy, Adolfo Urso.
Javier Casanas, Head of the International Division at FS Group, emphasized the importance of launching the project no later than the first quarter of 2025.

Agreements reached during the meeting: 

1. Consultative support for the implementation of modern logistics technologies in Horonda Platform by TX Logistics specialists.
2. Collaborative efforts to expedite the terminal launch by three months ahead of the initially stated schedule.
3. Schedule another meeting at the Cheviriano Terminal and Bologna Industrial Park in May 2024.
